Modern, environmentally friendly, the new facility fits perfectly with the philosophy of a winery that focuses on environmental sustainability, thanks to some strategic choices as to exploit the force of gravity to the production cycle (the so-called technique "to fall") as well as the decision to build an underground barrel cellar, as designed by Renzo Piano, which allows a natural air-conditioning and energy saving.
